Erebus Adventure privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give either through the website, contact or booking forms.

For our training courses we collect the following data:

​You directly provide Erebus Adventure with the data we collect. We collect data when you:

  • Register online or contact us for any of our products or services

  • Complete a booking form for a course

Erebus Adventure collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order or manage your enquiry

  • Communicating with you

  • Contact you about any special offers, new courses, or adventures. You will be able to unsubscribe from these

  • To provide relevant staff with necessary information for a course or adventure

  • Analysing your use of our site and services, gathering feedback and to improve our service

How do we store and share your data?​

Data security is taken extremely seriously. Erebus Adventure only store your data when necessary using appropriate measures to ensure safeguarding of your data.

  • Erebus Adventure use data storage servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) ), which includes all EU countries and non-EU countries Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. These servers have security measures in line with ISO/IEC 27018.

  • Where data is stored on alternative servers outside of the EU then this will only be conducted where these servers have special safeguards in place to ensure the protection travels with the data.

  • We may share your data with trusted suppliers for marketing or service provisions. We will only share this data with any supplier that meets the same data protection systems as Erebus Adventure.

  • We will never sell your data to any outside agencies.

  • We may be obliged to share your data for legal and regulatory requirements if Erebus Adventure were to be involved in legal proceedings. We will be compelled to share the information with the relevant legal persons.

We may at times use marketing software to contact you about our products and services. Any external services we use have the associated security measures in line with GDPR regulations and the Privacy Shield framework. You will have an option to unsubscribe from the associated emails.
